Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services and solutions
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high standard of satisfaction
- Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure service expectations are met
- Track account activity and report on retention, growth, and client feedback
Requirements
- Experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Professional, personable, and solutions-focused approach
- Experience with CRM software preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
