Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes
- Handle scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support for leadership and field staff
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and internal communications
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping as needed
- Order and track office and operational supplies
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor
